Pricing and policy highlights:

Currently Booking:
- Stays 31 days or greater
- Pre-Season: May and June
  - 6 to 8 week stay, weather depending
- Post Season: September and October
  - 6 to 8 week stay, weather depending
- Half Season:
  - May to July 31st, 2024
    - OR
  - August 1st to October
- Full Season
  - May until October – a full Summer of sand and sun!
50% deposit upon booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Bookings 29 days prior to arrival are considered “Final Sale”
Deposit refunds may be requested up to balance due date
Refunds will be charged an administration fee of 25% of the deposit or a minimum of $100.
Prices are in Canadian Dollars. US Dollars can be accepted with fair bank exchange rate by arrangement.
If you are traveling from outside Ontario and unable to come for any reason – you are not specially qualified for any refund.
HST extra
As always – two guests per bedroom maximum.

High (or “On”) season begins June 30th, 2024 and ends September 1st, 2024. “Pre-Season” is May until June 30th, 2024; “Post-Season” is September 1st until October, 2024

Lake Front Cottages:

Cottage #1 = two bedrooms; two queen beds. One futon/sofa bed. Suggested four guests. Maximum six guests.

Cottages #2 & #3 = three bedrooms; two queen beds & a bunk bed. Maximum six guests

Cottage #4 – The House = three bedroom; a massive King bed & two double beds. Suggested four or five guests. Maximum six guests.

Cottage #5 = three bedrooms; two queen beds & a double bed. Maximum six guests.

Second Row:

Cottages #7 & #8 = one bedroom; queen bed and futon/sofa bed. Suggested two guests. One additional child or occasional guest allowed. Maximum three guests including a little one.

Cottage #9 = three bedroom; two queen beds and bunk bed. Maximum six guests of any age or size.

Cottage #10 = one bedroom; king bed and couch. Suggested two guests. One additional child or occasional guest allowed. Maximum three guests including little ones.

Remember, all guests enjoy equal access to large sandy private Beach and deck, patio spaces overlooking the Beach.

The following events cause immediate and potentially painful eviction with no refund nor forgiveness:

Over occupancy; unwelcome or unregistered guests; or other contraventions of Long Beach Cottages occupancy rules.
Damaging property, stealing, threatening, hateful, or destructive actions (including smoking in Cottages) to Long Beach Cottages, guests, or neighbours.
Loud, obscene, violent, abusive, sexist, racist, or hateful language; or tom-foolery.
